This policy explains what data is collected when you use Color Dash ("the app"), published by SollySpace.
Color Dash itself does not collect or transmit personal information. Your game data — scores, stats, preferences and settings — is stored only on your device and is never sent to our servers.
The free, ad-supported version includes the Google AdMob advertising SDK, which collects data as described below.
The free version of Color Dash displays ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google and its advertising partners collect data including your device advertising ID, IP address, general device information, and app activity such as ad interactions. This data may be used for personalized advertising and shared with Google's advertising partners.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, Color Dash shows a consent screen on first launch where you can accept or decline personalized ads. You can change your choice at any time from Settings → Privacy Options in the app. Elsewhere, you can limit ad personalization or reset your advertising ID in your device settings.
Purchasing "Remove Ads" disables all advertising, and the ads SDK is no longer used.
The optional "Remove Ads" purchase is processed by Google Play Billing. Google handles the transaction and payment details; Color Dash only receives confirmation of whether the purchase is active and stores that flag on your device.
These services process data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy and, for ads, "How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services".
Because game data is stored only on your device, uninstalling the app removes it. Advertising data held by Google is subject to Google's own retention and deletion policies.
Color Dash is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13. It contains no violent, sexual or otherwise inappropriate content. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the app and on this page.
